This luxury Chamonix apartment is built in the most prestige MGM development in Chamonix centre - right next to the Aiguille du Midi cable car and without doubt has the one of the most stunning views in the world! It was completed in 2008 to an extremely high standard with wooden floors throughout, floor to ceiling French windows in most rooms, halogen lighting, under floor heating and granite surfaces where ever possible! The balcony just gives the most amazing views of the Mont Blanc Massif and Aiguilles du Midi and you can watch the Midi cable car arriving and disappearing into the views of Mont Blanc. Although such a central location, it is surrounded by private garden areas used only by the chalet residents and is a very quiet spot - there is even a garden gate to directly take you from the garden to the Midi cable car!. The large windows allow sunlight all day long and there are electric shutters on each one for rest at night. The enormous kitchen covered in granite surfaces, contains all modern appliances (dishwasher, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, full oven, halogen-hob, washer-dryer) - its also boasts a superb breakfast bar and has access to a huge balcony.
