This luxury Chamonix studio apartment is in the prestigious ChamPraz. This
area is approximately 10 minutes walk to the centre and sits in-between the
Brevent and Flegere ski areas. It has been newly renovated this year (2004) to a
very high specification. ChamprazA is in set in its own grounds and therefore
enjoys peaceful surroundings. All amenities are approximately 8 minutes away.
The basement includes a secure ski locker and there is a undercover secure car
park space available for use. The apartment offers spectacular views up the
Chamonix valley towards the Swiss border and from outside the best views of Mont
Blanc. There is a Chamonix Ski bus-stop 5 minutes walk away that services the
main ski areas in the Chamonix valley. Just 100 meters walk takes you to a local
spar shop and a restaurant. The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini-oven,
four-ring halogen hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer and plenty of cupboard
storage full of utensils. The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed - which split
into 1 double or 2 singles, a set of bunk beds (all 4 beds adult full size) in
the alcove plus ample seating around a wooden dining table. There is a TV, CD
and DVD player. The large French windows open out on to a garden where you can
relax when the sun comes out and ideal for BBQs in the summer. The brand new
large bathroom has a full size bath, shower, full size basin, and plenty of
cupboards, plus WC. The hall has an additional cupboard for extra storage. This
is absolute idea accommodation for a group or family of four. Since the
apartment is 10 minutes walk to town, we do recommend you hire a car for your
holiday.
