This residence has an amazingly central location. There are 3 buildings and a
total of 70 apartments, situated right by the train station in the centre of
Chamonix. There is unlimited access to the private indoor, heated swimming pool
with spectacular views (free for residents), fitness centre, sauna and steam
room (reservations need to be made at reception and are subject to opening days
and times). Please note that these apartments are all built and decorated in a
traditional rustic style, some apartments on the higher floor may have sloping
ceilings. Each apartment has a kitchenette that is fully equipped with
dishwasher, ceramic hob and multifunction oven, TV, telephone (payable locally)
and balcony. Underground car parking is 60 Euros per week, subject to
availability, and is to be requested at time of booking. The price of the
apartment includes beds made on arrival, end of stay cleaning (except the
kitchen area), linen and towels and 1 x cleaning kit.
