La Ginabelle 2 apartments benefit from their location and also nearby
facilities. Built in local Savoyard stone and wood, this complex has a free bus
stop just outside for quick and easy access to the ski areas as well as being
just a short walk to the abundance of eating and drinking venues in the centre
of Chamonix. Only 5 minutes walk to the Savoy lift, La Ginabelle 2 also offers
the most fabulous views of Mont Blanc. Ginabelle2I is a luxurious Chamonix
apartment in a recently built MGM development in the centre of Chamonix. Only
minutes by foot to the railway station and all the best shops, restaurants and
bars in Chamonix. It is also only a five-minute walk to the Maison de la
Montagne - the main ski school – and within ten minutes walking of the Brevent
and Les Planards ski lifts. Bus stops are nearby for all the ski slopes in the
valley. Ginabelle 2 comprises 32 apartments above a small square. On the ground
floor of the building there is a good Savoyard restaurant, an excellent bakery
and friendly ski-shop. Across the square there is a launderette and another
bakery/café. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, four-ring
halogen hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven,
washer-dryer and plenty of cupboard storage. The enormous lounge has a 2
comfortable 3 seater settees - one is a double sofa bed, an antique pine coffee
table and ample seating around a large wooden dining table. There is also a
breakfast bar alongside the kitchen. Sliding patio doors take you out onto the
balcony with furniture. All three bedrooms have twin beds that can be zipped
together to form doubles. There are built in wardrobes, bed sides tables and
lamps plus an en-suite bathroom in one bedroom. The family bathroom has a
shower, full size bath, full size basin, plenty of cupboards and a heated towel
rack and a WC. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin, storage and heated
rail. There is a separate W/C. The hall has an additional cupboard for extra
storage. It is a great place in which to be based to
