Situated on the top floor of a beautiful traditional Savoyard style building,
PelerinsA is the perfect base for a group or family ski or summer holiday. The
accommodation comprises 4 main bedrooms in the outer eaves. The layout is ideal, with a chalet style, open plan, gabled ceiling
living area for sociable cooking, dining or relaxing, while the bedrooms and the
mezzanine area are tucked away, allowing easy escape for peace, quiet and privacy. A balcony opening through a French door from the spacious lounge area affords
stunning views of the Chamonix valley and Le Brevent ski area, while shuttered
windows to the rear of the apartment provide unrivalled views of Mt Blanc, Le
Glacier des Bossons and L’Aiguille du Midi. The lounge area comprises a large corner sofa, wood burning fire
and fireplace for cosy nights in. The dining table is a country style table
with wooden bench and dining chairs. There is an all-in-one TV, CD and DVD player. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring hob, electric
oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, fondue and raclette sets and
plenty of cupboard space. The main bedroom is a large double with dormer window and views of Les
Houches ski area. The second bedroom comprises twin beds with views of the
Chamonix Valley and Le Brevent ski area through a shuttered window. An optional
pull-out bed can go into this. The third bedroom at the rear of the building is
a triple with a view of Mt Blanc and L'Aiguille du Mid One of the beds is a pull
out from underneath the top bed. The fourth bedroom again looks out
to Mt Blanc and L'Aiguille du Midi and can be used as 2 single beds with one bed
stored underneath the other. All bedrooms have wardrobes and/or chest of
drawers, hanging space, shelves and bedside lights. The mezzanine loft area is
accessible via a sturdy treetop style ladder. It is the perfect place for
chilling out, playing games or listening to music after a hard day on the
mountain. There are two Italian style bathrooms with bath and/or power
shower, sink and WC at either side of the accommodation. One of which
incorporates the washer-dryer. There is ample off street parking at the front of
the building and a surrounding garden with 360 degree views, perfect for
children to play or for summer BBQs. The house is situated on route des Pelerins, 8 minutes walk from Chamonix. It
lies on the 'Pelerins' bus route with the bus stop conveniently right outside
the front door! The Pelerins bus loop links with all the other ski bus routes at
Chamonix Sud or Chamonix Centre. The chalet is perfect for two families or a group of friends. Baby cots and
high chairs can be provided.
